Erhan İmamoğlu founded BTO in 2001 with a bold vision: to elevate corporate marketing capability through practical, high-impact training. At the time, he was serving as a senior manager at Kempinski, balancing executive leadership responsibilities with a growing passion for developing people.
What began as an internal initiative — training his own sales team during evenings and weekends — quickly evolved into something much larger. FMCG companies soon recognized the measurable impact of his programs and invited him to train their sales organizations. By 2004, demand had grown to the point that Erhan transitioned fully into BTO, transforming what started as a secondary pursuit into a full-time professional calling.

Mustafa Sütlaş combines engineering precision with commercial vision — a rare blend that has shaped his multi-dimensional career.
A graduate of Middle East Technical University (Mechanical Engineering), Mustafa strengthened his technical foundation with a master’s degree in Management from the same institution. This dual discipline — analytical rigor and managerial strategy — became the cornerstone of his professional success.
He began his career at Toyota, where he built a strong reputation as a high-performing engineer. Immersed in operational excellence and process discipline, Mustafa internalized the principles of efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement early in his career — principles that would later define his leadership approach.
Following Toyota, Mustafa transitioned into commercial leadership roles, accumulating over 22 years of experience in sales, management, and export development. He held key positions in multinational and regional organizations including Colgate-Palmolive, Draftex, and Office Superstore.
Across these roles, Mustafa led revenue expansion initiatives, built export channels across diverse markets, optimized sourcing strategies, and strengthened distribution networks. His work consistently translated into measurable growth, improved margins, and scalable commercial structures.
Today, Mustafa advises companies across sectors, helping them unlock profitability throughout their supply chain and customer lifecycle. His strength lies in connecting operational capability with commercial strategy — ensuring that sourcing decisions, pricing models, and sales execution all align toward sustainable growth.
